Hotel-Grade Wi-Fi & TVs for Airbnb-Style Rentals

Secure Wi-Fi, hospitality TVs, and smart devices so guests get a seamless stay and your property stays protected. Designed around UniFi, OvrC, and hospitality TV platforms – built for Airbnb, VRBO, and vacation rentals.

What we fix for vacation rental hosts

Instead of piecing together random gear, we standardize your tech so it's secure, predictable, and simple for guests, cleaners, and property managers to use on every stay.

Safer networks for hosts & guests

We separate guest Wi-Fi from your security cameras, locks, and thermostats so guests get fast Wi-Fi without ever touching your critical gear - built on managed platforms like UniFi and OvrC.

Hospitality TVs that reset themselves

Hospitality TVs with Pro:Centric and similar platforms let you show welcome screens, checkout notes, and local picks - without guests leaving their apps or logins behind.

Help integrating locks & devices

We install supported smart locks and devices, then help you connect them with Airbnb or other apps where integrations exist - without ever asking for your booking platform login.

Who we design this for

Whether you're testing your first short-term rental or managing a growing portfolio, we keep the tech side from becoming another job.

Single-property hosts

You want your first (or only) listing to feel professional without having to become an IT person on the side.

Multi-property owners

Three or more places and you're ready for consistent Wi-Fi, TVs, and locks – one stack that scales with you.

Local property managers

You handle cleaners, guests, and turnovers. We handle the networks, TVs, and devices so you have one tech team to call.

Secure networking

One property, three networks, less risk

We treat your rental like a small hotel. Guests see only the guest Wi-Fi and TVs. Your security and automation gear lives on its own protected lane – monitored through managed network platforms.

  • Guest network – visible SSID for guests, tuned for speed and coverage.
  • Owner/admin network – for your laptops, management tools, and NVRs.
  • IoT network – for locks, thermostats, garage, and (future) exterior cameras.

TVs live on the guest network so casting and apps are easy, but by design guests can't see your cameras, locks, or other critical devices.

Hospitality TVs

A TV that welcomes guests – and helps them check out correctly

With hospitality TVs (LG, Samsung, and more), each stay starts with a clean, branded experience. Guests see your property name, house rules, and local favorites – not someone else's leftover apps.

  • Show your property name, logo, and welcome message when the TV turns on.
  • Display check-in / checkout times and simple checkout responsibilities.
  • Share Wi-Fi details and QR codes for instant “scan to join” access.
  • Highlight curated local restaurants, coffee, and things to do.
  • Support secure streaming/casting where the platform allows it, with logins cleared between stays.

We'll help you choose the right hospitality models (such as the upcoming LG UK660 series) for each room and configure them for remote management as your fleet grows.

Smart access & devices

Built to work with Airbnb, VRBO, and modern smart locks

We don't replace your booking platform – we make the gear around it behave the way hosts and guests expect. TechScope handles the hardware, wiring, and ongoing care.

Smart locks

We install supported locks (Yale, August, and others) and help you connect them with Airbnb's integration where available.

  • Unique, time-bound codes per booking (via Airbnb where supported).
  • Codes built around your guest details – not one code shared forever.
  • On select plans, we handle low-battery visits for you.

Thermostats & comfort

We help you choose smart thermostats and simple schedules so comfort and energy stay balanced.

  • Remote access when no one is staying.
  • Arrival and overnight comfort profiles.
  • Less wasted energy when the property is empty.

Lighting & presence

Simple automations to make the property feel cared for and safe, using ecosystems like Lutron or GE/Cync.

  • Cycle porch or entry lights when the home is vacant.
  • Set “arrive after dark” scenes for late check-ins.

Garage & cameras (coming soon)

For garages, we can integrate controllers so you know when the door's open too long. Exterior cameras will be offered once licensing is complete.

  • Alerts when the garage is left open beyond a set time.
  • Exterior-only camera coverage, aligned with Airbnb rules.

For higher-end properties, we can layer in RTI or Savant control so lighting, power, and AV scenes stay consistent from guest to guest – without overcomplicating day-to-day use.

Direct booking & growth

Ready for direct bookings and multi-property workflows

Once you’re managing three or more rentals, the tech needs to grow with you. We help you standardize the stack so it works whether guests book through Airbnb, VRBO, or your own direct site.

  • Design a repeatable network and TV layout you can roll out to each new property.
  • Coordinate with your web or booking team so direct guests get the same smart-lock and Wi-Fi experience.
  • Give property managers a single tech partner instead of a patchwork of vendors.

We focus on infrastructure and device design. Your agent, property manager, or web partner can plug our work into whatever booking tools you prefer.

Example rollout

From “DIY gear everywhere” to one clean, supportable stack

Many hosts start by adding Wi-Fi, TVs, and locks one at a time. Over a few seasons, it gets hard to remember which app controls what - and which house has which devices.

In example rollouts for fictional properties like “Ozark Overlook Retreat”, we inventory what's already installed, keep what's working, and rebuild the rest around a simple, documented standard you can grow with.

  • Replaced consumer routers with a managed UniFi- or OvrC-backed Wi-Fi system and three clean networks.
  • Swapped living room TVs to hospitality models with a branded welcome screen.
  • Configured smart locks and thermostats with simple rules any co-host can understand.

Every property ends up with a one-page diagram and device list, so if something ever changes, you’re not starting from zero.

How it works for hosts

Assess & design

We review your listing, floorplan, and current tech – on-site or virtual – to understand Wi-Fi, TVs, locks, thermostats, and any cameras.

Install & configure

We install and configure the network, hospitality TVs, and smart devices, and help you connect supported locks to Airbnb where applicable.

Monitor & update

With a Host Care plan, we keep an eye on the system, update welcome content, and handle routine items like lock battery swaps so turnovers stay smooth.

Questions hosts ask us

Can you work with my existing property manager or cleaner?

Yes. Many of our projects involve a local property manager or cleaning company. We design the tech around the way they already operate, and give them a simple playbook for resets, power-cycles, or when to call us.

Do I have to switch all my TVs and networking gear at once?

Not necessarily. We’ll start with an assessment and keep what’s working. From there, we recommend a phased plan so you can step into a standardized stack over time instead of replacing everything in one visit.

What platforms do you use for networking and control?

For networking and monitoring we typically build around UniFi and OvrC-backed gear. For automation and control, we use the right tool for the property: smart thermostats, lighting, and locks for most homes; RTI for more advanced “scene” control; and Savant for select luxury or whole-home projects where smart breakers and deeper energy management make sense.

Can you help when I’m ready to add direct bookings?

Yes. We don’t build booking software ourselves, but we design your Wi-Fi, TVs, and smart devices so they work consistently no matter where the guest books. When you bring on a website or direct-booking partner, they’ll have a predictable tech environment to plug into.

What areas do you serve for on-site installs?

Our core service area is Northwest Arkansas and select nearby vacation markets. For larger portfolios, we can discuss phased trips or working alongside local trades to implement a standard design.

Ready to make your rental feel professionally managed?

One stack, one team to call, and a better experience for every guest.
